•Delphine Leccas was responsible for the cultural program at the french cultural centre in damascus from 2001 to 2007; she then worked as the exhibitions manager for the events during "damascus, arab capital of culture 2008".
•from 2001 to 2007 she founded and organised the first photo and video festival in damascus entitled "les journées de la photographie de damas"
•in 2008, she proposed a programme of art restoration, refurbishment of art galleries and a cycle of exhibitions of the national art collections entitled "retrospective of fine arts in syria"
•she also supervised a collection of syrian art publications
•she was involved in the organisation of important international exhibitions from the Victoria and Albert museum: "world ceramics: masterpieces from the V&A" and "the Jameel prize exhibition" and for the arab world institute "golden age of arab sciences"
•she is the co-founder of the non-profit organization AIN and initiated in 2010 in damascus the "visual arts festival".
